commission for surveys and documentation

Duties:

To prepare all the surveys (New Student Survey, Student Course Evaluation Survey, Faculty Member Course Evaluation Survey, Group Evaluation Survey, New Graduate Survey, Graduate Survey, Employer Survey, Student Internship Satisfaction Survey, Employer Survey, Department Satisfaction Survey) that the Department carries out. It shares the surveys it prepares with the relevant commissions. The relevant commissions are responsible for carrying out and evaluating the surveys. The results of the evaluation are communicated to the Survey and Documentation Commission. All survey results are compiled into a report by the Survey and Documentation Commission and sent to the Head of Department for presentation to the Education Development Commission.

The Commission meets before the start of the autumn term and prepares/revises the questionnaires to be used in that academic year. It forwards the questionnaires to the relevant commissions before the start of the academic year. It meets at the end of each semester and requests the survey results from the relevant commissions. He/she sends the report prepared by collecting the results to the Head of Department, who forwards it to the Education Commission.
