Events Organized at Our University as Part of Erasmus Days 2024
Since 2018, Erasmus Days events have been organized in October to enhance the recognition of the Erasmus+ Program and increase the visibility of projects related to it, encouraging potential beneficiaries to take advantage of the program. Together with our country, various visibility, dissemination, and information activities are conducted in over fifty countries, primarily across Europe. As in previous years, various events were held at our university from October 14 to 16, 2024, organized by the Office of Exchange Programs.
On the first day of Erasmus Days 2024, the 6th Traditional Erasmus Photo Exhibition was held on the ground floor of the Faculty of Science. This event featured photographs of students who previously benefited from the Erasmus+ Program. Awards and plaques were presented to the winning students by our university's Vice Rector for International Relations, Prof. Dr. Ali TEMİZ, General Coordinator of the Exchange Programs, Prof. Dr. Ümit ALVER, and Assistant Coordinator of the Exchange Programs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samet DEMİREL.
On the second day of Erasmus Days 2024, an Erasmus+ Information Meeting was held for students in the Nazım Terzioğlu Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Science. During the meeting, students were informed about Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies, Erasmus+ Student Internship Mobility, and Short-Term Doctoral Internship Mobility.
On the third day of Erasmus Days 2024, a digital sharing event was held on the website and social media accounts of the Office of Exchange Programs, featuring experience posts from students who had previously benefited from the Erasmus+ Program.
