'Sector on Campus Program' for University-Company Cooperation

The Sector on Campus Program Partnership Protocol aims to bring together universities and private sector companies and giving momentum to the "National Technology Campaign", which is under the execution of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Türkiye. The protocol was signed with the participation of 20 stakeholder universities and 20 stakeholder companies at the Presidential Palace National Library.

The Sector on Campus Program Partnership Protocol will top off Türkiye's national leap in the last quarter-century and its claim to have a say in every aspect of technology on a global scale. The Protocol Signing Ceremony was attended by officials from relevant institutions representing university-private sector matches. These matches are as follows: Karadeniz Technical University-TUSAŞ, Ankara University-Aselsan, Erciyes University-Aspilsan, Istanbul Technical University-Arçelik, Bolu University-Barikat, Sabancı University-Baykar, Çukurova University-Cezeri, Koç University-Kariyer.net, Gazi University-Obss, Dicle University-Profelis, Bilkent University-SAS, Middle East Technical University-STM, 9 Eylul University-Turkcell, 19 May University-TÜBİTAK, Atatürk University-Türksat, Gebze Technical University-TSE, Pamukkale University-Turkish Patent, Sakarya University-Ulak Communication, Hitit University-Yongatek, and Kocaeli University-Ziraat Technology. Officials pledged to collaborate within the Sector on Campus Program, which was initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology to provide current knowledge and experience in the technology ecosystem to university students, in line with the goal of training qualified young human resources to achieve the "National Technology Campaign".

The Sector on Campus Program aims to provide support to research centers, universities, and companies focused on the National Technology Initiative in terms of developing and cultivating the qualified human resources they need. The protocol works with the mission of establishing a collaboration throughout the entire process, from setting up and developing the infrastructure of the National Technology Academy, where this program will be implemented, to its management. The Sector on Campus Program Protocol was signed by T.C. Ministry of Industry and Technology's National Technology General Manager, Zekeriya ÇOŞTU, and our University's Rector, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI.
