The aim of the program prepared with the cooperation of BÄ°DEB-TÜBÄ°TAK and TWAS-UNESCO is to advance Turkey's international cooperation in science and technology by providing financial support to international researchers who are currently enrolled in a doctoral program abroad in natural and related applied sciences or who have received their doctorates from developing countries.

Within the scope of this program, Melat Solomon Cherenet, a PhD student from Addis Ababa University/Ethopia, she will work on project titled “The Effect of Y*** and H*** Proteins Covering the Surface of Encapsulin on the Growth and Pathogen Resistance of T***** Plant (S****** l***********)” with our Department Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Under the consultancy of Ali Osman BELDÜZ, she arrived our University on 29/01/2025 and started her studies to carry out the research in the Molecular Biology research laboratory of the Biology Department of the Faculty of Science of our University for a period of 12 months.
