Department Introduction, Social Activities and Mutual Aid Commission: Within the framework of the relevant legislation, the commission is responsible for effectively carrying out the department's promotional activities and developing strategies for effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders. Additionally, it is responsible for planning and executing all internal and external events organized for the department, as well as for informing about and evaluating competitions related to the profession.

Industrial Relations and R&D Commission: The commission is responsible for carrying out the department's research and development activities. Measurement and Evaluation Commission: The commission is entrusted with the authority and responsibility to prepare the directive outlining the procedures and principles in accordance with the criteria and sub-criteria of the YÖKAK Graded Evaluation System (Rubric), update and implement the measurement and evaluation policy, and carry out activities related to measurement and evaluation in compliance with the criteria and sub-criteria of the Graded Evaluation System. Additionally, it is responsible for presenting the work to stakeholders, obtaining and updating their feedback, conducting and evaluating surveys for feedback purposes, assessing the Unit Quality Commission information sent by the Rectorate along with survey studies from other units and commissions, and storing all meetings, evaluations, and related activities in an electronic format.

Compliance Commission: Equivalency files are prepared by evaluating the course exemptions for students transferring to the department through horizontal and vertical transfers. The decisions taken are submitted to the Faculty Management Board via an official letter. In addition, the courses and conditions for double major (ÇAP) and minor (Yandal) students from the undergraduate programs at Karadeniz Technical University are periodically evaluated, and proposed changes are submitted for the Faculty Board's approval.
