FOR THE ATTENTION OF OUR STUDENTS

REGULATION GOVERNING STUDENT DISCIPLINARY AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

- Cheating in exams or allowing cheating is considered a disciplinary offense that warrants suspension from the institution for one semester.

- Threatening to cheat in exams, preventing the removal of cheating students from the exam hall, taking the exam for someone else, or allowing someone else to take the exam in one's place is considered a disciplinary offense that warrants suspension from the institution for two semesters.

KTU REGULATION GOVERNING THE EVALUATION OF ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE EXAMINATION

- Any student caught CHEATING, ATTEMPTING TO CHEAT, ASSISTING IN CHEATING, or later found to have CHEATED, TAKING AN EXAM FOR SOMEONE ELSE, or LETTING SOMEONE ELSE TAKE AN EXAM IN THEIR PLACE during any exam, practice, laboratory work, homework, or similar activities, will be considered to have received ZERO for that exam or activity.

- Any student who disrupts the general order of the exam (such as using a calculator without permission, bringing a cell phone into the exam, ringing a cell phone during the exam, taking pictures or recording with a cell phone, taking the exam in another room, resisting relocation, not submitting the answer sheet or question paper, tearing it, etc.) will have their ANSWER SHEET taken and will be removed from the exam hall. The answer sheets of these students will not be evaluated, and they will be considered to have received ZERO for that exam.

- The penalty imposed after disciplinary proceedings will be recorded on the students' records even if they graduate.

Students found with the following tools and equipment or similar ones during exams will have their exams canceled, and an investigation will be initiated against them.

Mobile phone,

Wireless pager,

Book, notebook,

Lecture notes,

Devices with computer feature,

Advanced calculators with computer capability,

Micro cameras,

Hidden cameras and recording devices,

Headphones,

Bluetooth,

All kinds of unauthorised medical devices (headphones, etc.),

Photo camera,

Camera

Firearm,

All kinds of cutting and piercing tools,

Food and beverages.
