Notice To Students Submitting Their Internship Notebooks

If the authorized person registered in the BYS (Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi) during the internship application process is not an engineer and therefore cannot serve as the student’s responsible supervisor, a Change of Institution/Authorized Person Request (Kurum/Yetkili DeÄŸiÅŸikliÄŸi Talebi) must be submitted through the Requests (Talepler) section of the BYS.
However, the submission of the internship notebook and other required documents, as well as the internship completion procedures, must only be initiated after the request has been approved by the Internship Commission.
The internship completion process must not be initiated before the approval of the Internship Commission has been obtained.
