Karadeniz Technical University (KTU), in line with its goal of building an inclusive and accessible campus ecosystem, systematically facilitates access to essential services through orientation booklets, face-to-face/online orientation programs, and institutional training under the Civil Servant Academy. This integrated approach ensures that students, academic staff, and administrative personnel can access critical services such as housing, healthcare, psychological counseling, scholarships and social aid, library and information services, IT and digital identity, administrative procedures, research, and project support quickly and accurately through clear channels.

At the beginning of each semester, KTU organizes orientation programs to help new students adapt quickly and effectively to university life. These programs provide information on academic processes, social and cultural opportunities, scholarships, housing, healthcare, and counseling services, ensuring students have easy access to all services offered by the university.

The KTU Civil Servant Academy aims to improve the professional knowledge and skills of administrative staff through training programs organized each semester. Training is provided on official correspondence, information security, ethics, disaster awareness, and in-service processes, ensuring that staff carry out their duties more efficiently and effectively. This initiative also establishes standardization and facilitates access to university services. Click here for details.
