At Karadeniz Technical University (KTU), the monitoring and reporting of female students’ graduation rates are carried out by the Department of Student Affairs. Data recorded in the Student Information System are regularly tracked, and detailed analyses are conducted on enrollment, attendance, and graduation statistics of female students in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Within this scope, transparent and up-to-date monitoring of female students’ academic progress contributes to the university’s gender equality policies and enables the production of reliable data for use in relevant national and international reporting.
