Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) carries out its basin management strategy studies in accordance with the regulations published by the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and the Trabzon Drinking Water and Sewerage Administration (TÄ°SKÄ°).
The university develops and implements plans related to the protection of water resources within campus areas, stream and rainwater management, wastewater control, and water quality monitoring in compliance with the relevant legislation.
This approach contributes not only to the sustainable use of water resources but also to environmental compliance and the fulfillment of legal responsibilities.
