Within the programs run by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, students are supported through initiatives such as the Meal Scholarship, which allows students to work on campus while meeting their nutritional needs, and the Financial Support Scholarship, designed to assist with educational expenses. Additionally, KTU provides accommodation opportunities, offering students safe and affordable dormitory options to meet their housing needs. Special attention is given to ensuring that women students have equal and supportive access to all these services, contributing to their academic and personal well-being.
Operating for nearly 40 years, the Karadeniz University Empowerment Foundation (KÜVAK) is a well-established solidarity network built through public-private partnerships to support the educational, research, and infrastructural development of KTU.
