1-Department Quality and Accreditation Commission

  • To review the reports of all commissions,
  • Ensure the discussion, refinement, and utilization of the reports in the Department Academic Board,
  • Prepare the department for international and national accreditation applications by keeping the department inspection and self-assessment reports up to date,
  • Organize meetings periodically, at least at the end of each academic term according to the department academic calendar,
  • Add members to other commissions as deemed necessary and ensure coordination between commissions,
  • Make necessary warnings to all commissions when needed and ensure that any deficiencies are remedied in a timely manner

2. Education Commission

  • To determine the course plan and curriculum as a result of meetings with internal and external stakeholders within the framework of the Bologna Process,
  • Ensure the preparation, planning, and implementation of the department's general educational activities,
  • Check course contents and information packages, making necessary warnings,
  • Organize educational workshops,
  • Improve the education program by comparing domestic and international educational units;

  • To ensure the organization and execution of department promotion activities,
  • Arrange orientation programs for newly enrolled students,
  • Plan social events such as trips, celebrations, etc.,
  • Ensure the organization of graduation-related activities,
  • Facilitate communication and organization with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Make the necessary preparations for determining the student representative,
  • Record and systematically store the department's activities,
  • Archive all event posters organized by the department,

  • To prepare and report department strategic plans;

  • To upload all department publications to the AES system at 3-month intervals,
  • To inform students about library usage;
