Expert Opinionand and Expert Witness Reports

Our experts meticulously perform examination and reporting processes on digital materials in compliance with international digital forensics standards and the Turkish legal system. Prior to the trial, during the trial, or after the trial, an Expert Opinion can be obtained regarding your case. Expert Opinion reports can strengthen the evidence in the litigation process and can be presented as evidence in the case file to expedite the trial process and prove innocence.

The expert opinion is regulated in article 293 of the HMK. According to this article;

  • The parties may obtain a scientific opinion from the expert regarding the subject matter of the case. For this reason alone, no additional time can be requested.
  • The judge may decide to invite and hear the expert person whose report is requested, upon request. At the hearing where the expert is called, the judge and the parties can ask the necessary questions.
  • If the expert doesn't come to the hearing he/she is called without a valid excuse, the report he/she has prepared won't be evaluated by the court.
