In 2023, it was established as "KTU Alumni Relations Coordination" and activities related to our alumni started to be carried out in this coordination.

Our Mission

As Karadeniz Technical University Alumni Relations Coordination; to support our alumni throughout their career processes by maintaining sustainable and strong relationships with them and at the same time to continuously contribute to the development of our alumni.

Our Vision

As Karadeniz Technical University Alumni Relations Coordination; to create a solid and solidarity-filled network among Karadeniz Technical University alumni all over the world; to play an important role in the future of our country and to make social development sustainable by ensuring that professional experiences, expert knowledge and innovative ideas are disseminated by us.

Our Goals;

  1. To establish uninterrupted communication with our university graduates,
  2. To develop our graduate database on a national and international scale,
  3. To develop and manage the KTÜ Graduate Platform,
  4. To increase the communication between our graduates and our university and to strengthen the ties between them,
  5. To produce projects with our graduates,
  6. To benefit from the experiences of our graduates in their career processes and to ensure that these experiences are transferred to our current students,
  7. To contribute to the promotion of our university on national and international platforms,
  8. To help establish mentoring relationships between our university and our graduates,
  9. To increase the employment opportunities of graduates,
  10. To raise the quality, respectability and preferability levels of graduates to the highest level.

Our Fields of Activity;

  1. To ensure membership of graduates to KTÜ Alumni Platform by cooperating with Alumni Commission and to manage Alumni Platform,
  2. To help organize “Alumni Day” by cooperating with departments and other relevant stakeholders,
  3. To organize events that will bring graduates and students together,
  4. To cooperate with alumni associations,
  5. To announce job, education and scholarship opportunities that will contribute to the career development of graduates and students,
  6. To organize university-industry, university-sector meetings, meetings, visits, trips and scientific events in line with studies on career planning and development,
  7. To conduct studies to provide internship and job opportunities for graduates to students,
  8. To organize events together with University communities to transfer the experiences of graduates to students,
  9. To create systems, environments and activities that graduates can benefit from,
  10. To ensure printing and provision of “KTÜ Alumni Card” to enable KTÜ graduates to benefit from various advantages,
  11. To ensure that events and news about graduates are announced via web page and social media tools,
  12. To monitor the career development of graduates in Turkey and abroad and to share their success stories, To ensure that the University is promoted and shared to inspire students,
  13. To produce projects and strategies that direct the knowledge of graduates in a way that will contribute to the technological, scientific, social and cultural development of the University and our country,
  14. To cooperate with national and international institutions and organizations and non-governmental organizations on issues within the scope of the Office,
  15. To prepare and publish written and visual content on issues within the scope of the Office and to organize programs on written and visual platforms for these purposes,
  16. To provide all kinds of information, documents and publications on issues within the scope of the Office, to establish a documentation center, to conduct scientific research, to prepare reports, to support scientific research,
  17. To help graduates from home or abroad support the University through “scholarships”, “donations” etc.
