Within the scope of the 8th Political Science and International Relations Congress, the accepted full papers will be compiled into one or more thematic volumes by an international academic publisher. 

The titles, publisher, and pricing will be determined based on the number of submissions and thematic focus.

Please note that full paper submissions will only be accepted via the official full paper submission link, which will be activated on 2 September 2025.

Please Note: 

• Authors whose abstracts are accepted may proceed to submit full papers.
• Please use the provided official template for your full paper and do not make any changes to the format. Submissions not using the relevant template will not be considered.
• Papers sent by e-mail will not be considered.
• Full papers must be original, unpublished works that comply with scientific ethical standards.
• Each author is deemed to have accepted full legal and ethical responsibility for the submitted papers.
• Submitted full papers will be subjected to double-blind peer review process. 
• The editorial board reserves the right to request revisions when necessary.
• Papers that do not comply with the writing guidelines, academic style, or ethical principles will be rejected.
• Papers uploaded to the system must be named in the following format: AuthorLastName_ChapterTitle.docx
