11th International KTUDELL Conference, 2025 - Abstract Submission
The oral and virtual presentations are expected to be an average of 9-12 minutes long. You can also submit for workshops, please contact us further information.
Each participant can present maximum 2 papers as the first author (with 1 payment, second paper of any first author will be free of charge). Please fill in this form twice if you have 2 different papers. In case of multiple authors, only the first author fills in this form.
There will be oral, poster, and virtual presentations. Virtual presentations will not be live connections; instead, the presenter will record a 9-12 minutes video and send it to us in order to be played in the conference rooms.
After submission, please do not forget to complete the registration process on the website once you receive your letter of acceptance.
Letters of acceptance will be sent after peer-review process.
