"Northern Kids Love Fish" Project Exhibition Showcases Collaboration Between BlackNETs and LitOUTer at Prof. İhsan Koz Primary School

Between May 12–14, Prof. İhsan Koz Primary School proudly hosted the project exhibition for the “Northern Kids Love Fish” initiative, part of the “Every School Should Have a Project” (HOPO) program coordinated by the Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education.
This exhibition highlighted the collaboration between two impactful projects: the BlackNETs "Exorcising the Black Sea Silent Killers" project and the LitOUTer project. Students showcased interactive displays featuring marine litter awareness materials produced by LitOUTer, alongside vital content from BlackNETs on ghost nets and their harmful effects on marine ecosystems.
The event was attended by the Provincial Director of National Education, educators, parents, students, and members of the press. BlackNETs experts also led seminars and workshops, engaging students in discussions about marine conservation and sustainable practices.
The report regarding the exhibition is available here and here.
