Batumi State Maritime Academy (BSMA) in Georgia visited our Deck Department
Dean of Batum State Maritime Academy (BSMA) Prof. Dr. Mzia DIASAMIDZE, Faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ana SHOTADZE, Lecturer Zaza VARDMANIDZE and 12 students from Batumi State Maritime Academy (BSMA) visited our Faculty and Maritime Transportation and Management Department through on May 28th and 30th 2024.
Within the scope of the visit Assoc. Prof. Dr. Umut YILDIRIM, Res. Asst. Ekrem EYÜBOÄžLU, Res. Asst. Yunus Emre NAZLIGÜL and Res. Asst. Mehmet Ali Vahdet YILMAZ provided trainings to deck cadets on the bridge simulator at Muammer Dereli Campus on May 28th.
On May 29, courses and trainings on “International Conventions (Assist. Prof. Dr. Hatice AKPINAR), Marine Pollution (Prof. Dr. Fatma Telli KARAKOÇ), Cargo Liquefaction (Prof. Dr. Muhammet BORAN), Safety at Sea (Lecturer Selim BAÅžTÜRK), Navigation (Res. Asst. Yunus Emre NAZLIGÜL), Collision and Grounding Accidents (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Umut YILDIRIM)” were held by the members of our faculty at the Marine Campus.
