Objective:

• Increasing international competitiveness and developing products targeting the international market,
• Acquisition of competitive domestic technologies in technologies that are dependent on abroad

24 Months (As a result of the evaluation to be made upon the request of the organisation, the project support period may be increased by a maximum of fifty percent (50%) for one time only, not exceeding 36 months).

How to Apply :

• In order to be able to make an application, the organisation-based pre-registration application must be submitted to TÜBİTAK. The specified date is the deadline for the pre-registration application to be sent to TUBITAK via PRODIS. The pre-registration documents must reach TUBITAK at least one business day before the call closing date. In the event that pre-registration approval cannot be given due to deficiencies in the pre-registration documents, the responsibility belongs to the organisation. There is no need to wait for the call opening date for organisation-based pre-registration. For this reason, it is recommended that companies planning to apply to the call should carry out pre-registration procedures on an organisation basis without wasting time.
• It is the deadline for submitting project proposals via PRODIS. Entity-based pre-registration approval is required for submission.

Features of the Programme:

• Board Evaluation Threshold Value: 60
• The upper limit for the number of project applications has been set as maximum 2 project proposals per organisation for this call period. An organisation can apply to the call with a maximum of 2 project proposals. Applications made to the 1st Call for 1507-SME R&D Start-up Support Programme 2025, which was opened simultaneously with this call, are also included in the number of applications to which this limit will be applied. For example, the organisation cannot apply for 1 project proposal for the 1507 call and 2 project proposals for the 1501 call. It can make 1 application for 1507 call and 1 application for 1501 call or 2 applications for 1507 call and 2 applications for 1501 call.
• The upper limit of the number of applications is not applied for partner applications.

• It aims to gain the competence to carry out systematic R&D and innovation projects jointly or alone.

It can make 1 application for 1507 call and 1 application for 1501 call or 2 applications for 1507 call and 2 applications for 1501 call.
• The upper limit of the number of applications is not applied for joint applications. When the organisation has both single and joint applications, the upper limit of the number of applications is applied only for single applications.
