QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION COMMISSION
RESPONSIBILITIES
The commission proposes recommendations to the Department Board regarding the establishment of commissions for the development of the Quality Assurance System and carries out the supervision of using the results of commission work in quality cycles.
It ensures coordination among the department's commissions regarding activities and establishes connections.
It reviews commission reports, ensures their discussion, refinement, and use them in feedback for the Department Academic Board.
The commission presents reports related to the department's Quality Assurance System to the Faculty, University, and Professional Public, introducing the department's activities.
It prepares the department for International and National Accreditation applications and ensures the up-to-dateness of the Department's Self-Assessment Report.
It informs the Department Board about their work in written documents during joint meetings held every 6 months.
It organizes advisory board meetings and determines the agenda.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The committee organizes an orientation program for new students.
It establishes connections with alumni and engages in activities that will enhance students' job and internship opportunities.
It conducts activities to increase staff unity and solidarity.
It submits work reports to the Corporate Accreditation Committee.
It organizes events to introduce scientific activities within the department to industry organizations and promotes industry events to students and faculty members within the department.
It coordinates necessary efforts for active advisory services.
It facilitates interaction between alumni and current students by organizing alumni days.

EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
RESPONSIBILITIES
The committee is responsible for activities aimed at achieving and optimizing the educational goals and outcomes of the department program.
It monitors gaps and repetitions in course content and makes recommendations for their reduction.
It reviews the department's mission and vision, preparing a draft expression of a mission and vision that aligns with the University's and Faculty's mission and vision.
It prepares a draft expressing the program's educational objectives and outcomes. In this work, inspiration can be drawn from the language and expression of similar departments domestically and internationally.
It plans education workshops in coordination with the Quality and Accreditation Commission.
It plans the reflection of the results of education workshops and advisory board meetings on the education program.

TESTING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE
RESPONSIBILITIES
The committee develops and implements methods such as reviews, surveys, and self-assessments for the testing and evaluation of department activities.
It examines relevant topics on the agenda of the Department Academic Board in terms of compliance with testing and evaluation techniques and expresses opinions.
It designs and presents to the academic board when surveys will be conducted and how they will be evaluated.
It prepares, implements, evaluates, and reports on faculty evaluation surveys, monitors course files, and reports deficiencies.
It determines and implements the necessary methods to measure and evaluate department goals and outcomes.
It evaluates measurement results and communicates them to the Quality and Accreditation Commission.
It maintains communication with the Quality and Accreditation Commission.
