The Department of Business Administration was established to provide detailed theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of management and organization, production management, marketing, finance, accounting, quantitative methods, and law. The main aim of the Department of Business Administration, which has a four-year education period, is to ensure that our students have the theoretical and practical knowledge they will need in their professional lives and to gain competence in the areas they are interested in.

There are a total of 6 divisions within the Department of Business Administration: accounting and finance, management and organization, production management and marketing, quantitative methods, and commercial law, and cooperativism. Undergraduate courses of the Department of Business Administration consist of must and elective courses offered within the Departments of "Accounting and Finance", "Management and Organization", "Production Management and Marketing", and "Quantitative Methods". These courses are carried out by an academic staff of 32 people consisting of 17 professors, 2 associate professors, 3 assistant professors, 1 lecturer, and 9 research assistants.

As the Department of Business Administration, we offer our students the opportunity to benefit from double major and minor programs among the relevant departments within our university. Additionally, through international agreements realized by our university, students have the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus Program, allowing them to study at a higher education institution abroad or to intern in a foreign-origin company or any institution/organization abroad. Moreover, within the scope of the Farabi and Mevlana Exchange Programs, our students can receive education and training at domestic and/or international higher education institutions for certain periods.

Graduates of the Business Administration Department have the opportunity to find employment in various public institutions and private sector organizations. Indeed, students who succeed in the written exam and subsequent institution interviews conducted through the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) can start their careers with the title of assistant specialist in various public institutions and organizations. Furthermore, students who successfully complete criteria such as entry into the profession, internship, and qualifications can practice the profession of Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor. In the private sector, they can take on roles in various departments such as management, production, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, public relations, and international trade at different levels within companies. Beyond these, students with an entrepreneurial spirit can establish their own companies and engage in entrepreneurial activities in the field of business management.
