RadyoKTÜ 101.7

Karadeniz Technical University Radio began its broadcasting life in 1998 on the terrestrial platform with a frequency of 106.2. In 2021, as part of a collaboration between the Corporate Communication Office and TRT, the broadcast frequency was changed to 101.7. Radyo KTU continues its activities under the Corporate Communication Office.

In line with its founding purpose, Radyo KTÜ serves as a platform for the university’s academic and administrative staff, as well as its valued students, to express themselves and reach the public. It is committed to developing research and application programs with an innovative, future-oriented approach to education, aiming to train highly qualified individuals and generate knowledge. The station is dedicated to producing value for social development and striving to become a pioneering and universal leader. Radyo KTÜ is also focused on addressing the basic problems and needs of humanity by producing new scientific solutions and educating individuals who respect the environment and nature, and who uphold our institutional values.
