Applied Strategy and Quality Training Started

The first lesson of "Applied Strategy and Quality Education" prepared by the Quality Commission of our University was given by our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI. In our University, which has the title of "Research University" and is Fully Accredited for Five Years, “Applied Strategy and Quality Training,” which is planned to be given in line with the targets:

  • Quality Assurance System in Higher Education will be expanded and strengthened.
  • Program accreditation will be improved through institutional accreditation in higher education.
  • Integration of quality assurance, strategic planning, performance and data management systems will be ensured.

which were emphasized in the 12th Development Plan, has started.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, who attended the first lecture of the training, emphasized the importance of our University's activities and carrying out these activities in a planned manner in order to achieve a competitive higher education system on a global scale and said: "The main purpose is to increase the implementation effectiveness of strategic management at our university and to implement the understanding of accountability at all stages of the management cycle, from planning to monitoring and evaluation... Our aim with this training program is to support strategy and quality activities, the importance of which is increasing day by day in our units. We also aim to increase the human capacity for these activities in our units.”

The training aims to increase the effectiveness of strategic management practices within our university and to implement the concept of accountability at all stages of the management cycle, from planning to monitoring and evaluation. In the training in which the important points regarding the defining and systematically monitoring strategic goals, processes and performance indicators in institutional development are to be highlighted, the first session was completed and the training will continue until June 14, 2024.
