-To submit suggestions to the Head of the Department on the development of the Quality Assurance System and ensure that the work outputs of the commissions are used in the quality process. -To organize the quality and accreditation processes of the department. -To review the commission reports submitted by the Department Chair and ensure that these reports are evaluated by the relevant committees. -To keep the department ready for accreditation processes and applications. To organize the preparation and updating of the Department's Self-Evaluation Report. -To meet with the Department Board at least once every 6 months and provide information about the activities carried out in the quality and accreditation process. |

-To coordinate and supervise the regular and efficient conduct of undergraduate and graduate exams. -To prepare and update the educational objectives and program qualifications of the department. -To organize course registrations and advising duties. -To evaluate new undergraduate and graduate course proposals. To submit a report to the Department Board. -To be active in raising the educational objectives and outcomes of the department program to the international level. -To work on activities that will enable the creation, development, and implementation of new curricula. -To serve as the Double Major / Minor and ECTS coordinator of the department. -To work on the establishment of the functioning that will ensure the objective and homogeneous implementation of the measurement and evaluation system in the department. -To submit the prepared reports to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. |

-To ensure communication with graduate students and carry out activities that will increase students' job, internship, etc. opportunities. -To create the alumni database, keep it up-to-date, and organize alumni meetings. -To coordinate with the KTU Alumni Association (KTÜMED) and work within the framework of a feedback relationship. -To organize and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders. -To communicate with external stakeholders and plan activities that will contribute to the professional development of students with the WEB, Events, and Promotion Commission. -To ensure mutual interaction by communicating the activities within the department to external stakeholders and the activities organized by external stakeholders to the students and faculty of the department. -To conduct periodic meetings with employer organizations and collect opinions and suggestions on the training of more qualified economists. -To provide coordination with KTU Career Center. -To design, implement, evaluate, and prepare improvement reports for employer and graduate surveys under the coordination of the Data Collection, Testing, and Evaluation Commission. -To plan the participation of students in scientific activities such as Career Days and projects of TÜBİTAK and other institutions/organizations. To work in coordination with the WEB, Events, and Promotion Commission in this regard. -To organize the necessary work for an active consultancy service. -To submit the prepared reports to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. |

- To provide information to students within the scope of Farabi, Mevlana, and Erasmus + programs and follow student mobility. - To plan the necessary agreements related to exchange programs and carry out the related work and transactions. -After the selection of the student to go abroad, it provides information about the student to the institution abroad and prepares the student agreement and recognition documents before the student leaves. -To prepare the equivalency certificate by taking the relevant documents from the student upon the student's return from abroad and forward it to the Head of Department. - To work in an organized manner with the University's Office of Exchange Programs and represent the Commission of Exchange Programs at meetings and fairs when necessary. - To provide the necessary orientation to international and domestic students and prepare a road map. - To submit the prepared reports to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. |

- To check the suitability of the physical environment necessary for the continuation of education activities in classrooms. - To periodically monitor the adequacy of security measures in education environments and report any deficiencies. - To ensure that information such as department floor sketch, layout plan, fire extinguishing equipment, emergency exit notification signs, room numbers, and laboratory names are kept and updated in the relevant places. - To create and organize the department archive. - To archive exam papers, assignments, internship files, and all kinds of activities related to education at the end of each semester. - To provide periodic archiving of the commission's work in printed (paper) and electronic format and present it to the Head of Department and other relevant commissions when necessary. - To submit the prepared reports to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. |

- To determine the principles of the Internship System necessary for the efficient conduct of students' internship activities within the framework of the relevant legislation and submit them to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. - To carry out the stages of the internship system and ensure coordination and communication between internship sites and students. - To create, update, and implement internship surveys. To share the outcomes with other relevant commissions. To announce job and internship announcements and career-related opportunities to all students in coordination with other committees and provide support to students in the application process. In this context, it announces the activities of the Career Center to students and directs them. - To ensure that the work of the committee is periodically archived in printed (paper) and electronic format and present it to the Head of the Department and other relevant committees when necessary. -To submit the prepared reports to the Quality and Accreditation Commission. |
