Attention Students Attending the 2023-2024 Graduation Ceremony!

Attention to Students Attending the Graduation Ceremony at Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM) Main Hall (June 24, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM):
In order for participating students to appear in the graduation film, which will be recorded during the ceremony, they are required to provide photos wearing cap and gown. Passport-sized photos can be taken at photography studios or by students themselves using their own cameras. Photos must strictly feature the student wearing both cap and gown; otherwise, they will not be considered.
Points to Note:
When submitting photos, they must be named in the format "Number_FirstName_LastName". For example, "123456_Mehmet_Yılmaz".
Students who opt to take their own photos should use a plain background.
Photos will only be accepted via email. External drives will not be accepted by the relevant research assistants.
The deadline for students to send their photos to ktuommezuniyet2024@gmail.com is June 16, 2024 (Sunday) at 5:00 PM. Photos submitted after this date and time will not be included in the graduation video.
This notice is issued with utmost importance to all concerned students.
