PEO 1. To be district governor candidates, inspectors, auditors, controllers, assistant experts and manager candidates who have the knowledge and skills to define, analyse, interpret and decide on problems in the fields of administration, politics, law, urban-environment, economics and finance in public and private sectors and non-governmental organisations.
