Strategic Targets and Objectives
PURPOSE 1- Improving the Quality of Education Target
Target 1.1- To reduce the percentage of students' preferences every year compared to the previous year.
Target 1.2- To ensure that the number of students per faculty member in our department is 25
Target 1.3-To ensure that at least 2 faculty members work effectively in each department in our department.
Target 1.4- Reducing the class size to 60 students/class
Target 1.5- To establish a computer laboratory with a capacity of 50 people within our department within three years to be used in education and training activities.
Target 1.6- To provide a more suitable place for education, research and social activities by improving the physical infrastructure
Target 1.7- To increase students' experience regarding the application.
Target 1.8- Keeping the educational content and teaching methods of the department up to date
Target 1.9- To employ qualified faculty members.
Target 1.10- To ensure the accreditation of our department by national organizations.
PURPOSE 2- Developing Research Capacity
Target 2.1- To keep the number of publications per faculty member above the university average every year.
Target 2.2- To increase the quality and quantity of theses carried out by our faculty members in our department.
Target 2.3- Ensuring that every faculty member takes part in at least one research project
Target 2.4- To continue updating department laboratories and ensuring they are accredited.
Target 2.5- To encourage interdisciplinary studies and projects of our department's faculty members with other departments and within the department.

Target 2.7-Ensuring the participation of undergraduate and graduate students in scientific research projects
Target 2.8- To ensure that studies are carried out for patents
PURPOSE 3- Developing Human Resources in Line with a Management Approach That Adopts Quality Processes
Target 3.1- To create and strengthen the technological and physical infrastructure to ensure the effective, economic and efficient use of resources.
Target 3.2- To continuously improve relations and cooperation with stakeholders in order to provide services that meet stakeholders' expectations.
Target 3.3- To provide a more positive working environment that supports the motivation and commitment of academic staff.
Target 3.4- To achieve institutionalization and to make activities and arrangements that can contribute to institutional development.
Target 3.5- To carry out studies to increase the satisfaction level of academic staff by measuring the satisfaction levels of academic staff through annual surveys.
