'Student Affairs Call Center' opened
The Student Call Center, which was established by the Directorate of Student Affairs at KTU, was put into service to inform students about all the processes during the education process, answer their questions, and get information about their problems.
With the arrangement made, meetings will be held over IP phones placed in the Student Call Center and in the switchboard established accordingly where two personnel with previous Call Center experience have been assigned. If more than one student's call collides in the system, other students are put in the queue, and as the calls are completed, they are automatically notified that their order is progressing. In the Call Center, it is planned to record the calls, to answer the frequently asked questions by minimizing the wrong number calls, and to transfer them to the offices for more calls requiring further information. In addition, it is thought that if it is deemed necessary, it is possible to return to the relevant calls.
Students will be able to reach the Call Center by calling (0462) 377 3 377 between the hours of 08.00-17.00.
